About Gowrie NSW Barramurra
We are a not-for-profit OSHC service that places high value in creating a safe, play-based environment for children to thrive. Your Impact
Your leadership will engage the passion of our Educators by providing them with guidance and coaching in exceeding practices. Your excellent communication and relationship management skills and the ability to interact with school representatives, children and their families will be key to your success.
You will be responsible for compliance and exceeding practices of the service.
Above all, your genuine interest in supporting little and big people to grow and realise their potential will have a lasting impact.
About you
We’d love to hear from you if you:

Have a Certificate III or Diploma in childhood education

Have previous leadership experience

Have experience managing compliance and administrative requirements

Are a team player with a creative and energetic approach

Have valid compliance certificates (e.g. WWCC, Child Protection, First Aid etc.)
