Job Description

About Gowrie NSW
Gowrie NSW is a not-for-profit organisation with a long history of delivering quality early childhood education and care. We believe children are active participants in society, with voices that deserve to be heard and experiences that shape who they become.
Our team is guided by values of integrity, care, authenticity, purpose and inclusion. We work hard to create environments where children, families and educators all feel welcome, respected and supported.
Joining Gowrie NSW means being part of a team that genuinely cares, works with purpose and celebrates the people we serve.

About the Role
We're looking for an organised, hands-on Marketing Coordinator to join the Gowrie NSW team. This is a varied coordination and support role, sitting at the centre of how our marketing and communications activity gets planned, delivered and tracked.
You'll work closely with our Marketing Lead and Content Creator, helping campaigns, projects and content move forward on time and to a high standard. From managing task intake and campaign logistics to supporting asset creation and maintaining our digital systems, your work keeps things running smoothly behind the scenes.
If you're building a career in marketing and want real, hands-on experience across campaigns, digital tools, content processes and project coordination, this is a great place to grow. This role offers a hybrid working arrangement, with 2 days working from home and 3 days based in the office.

What you'll do:
This role touches every part of how a marketing team operates. You'll get real experience across campaign delivery, content production, digital platforms and project coordination, building the kind of cross-functional skills that form the foundation of a strong marketing career.
Day to day, you'll:
•    Keep campaigns and projects moving, managing task intake, deadlines and approvals so nothing falls through the cracks
•    Support campaign delivery end to end, from asset organisation through to basic performance reporting
•    Help bring content to life, sourcing images, preparing assets and creating on-brand designs in Canva across digital and social channels
•    Coordinate Education Hub promotions, events and centre activities, handling the logistics that make them happen
•    Coordinate and publish quarterly Vacation Care programs
•    Maintain brand resources and how-to guides that support our centre teams across NSW
•    Contribute to the rhythm of a busy marketing team, supporting administration and diary coordination so the bigger work can flow

What we're looking for:
•    Strong organisational skills and great attention to detail
•    A friendly, confident communicator who enjoys helping others
•    Comfortable with digital tools, including Canva, Microsoft 365 and online platforms
•    Able to juggle multiple tasks in a busy, people-focused environment
•    Proactive, reliable and keen to keep learning
•    Experience in an admin, coordination or entry-level marketing role is desirable
•    A comms or marketing degree is welcomed but not required
•    Working with Children Check is essential (or willingness to obtain one)

If you're ready to build your marketing career in a meaningful, values-led organisation, we'd love to hear from you.
