Located at Granville, this is a term time position, working shifts across Monday to Friday (8:30am-3:30pm school terms and closed school holidays). Please note this is a Maternity Leave Cover position until 25th September 2026.

About Gowrie NSW Granville:
We are a not-for-profit Early Learning Centre (ELC) service that places high value in creating a safe, play-based environment for our children to thrive! Our passionate team of educators strive to create a nurturing learning environment that respects the diversity and unique circumstances of the families and children in our care.
We are respectful of the uniqueness of each family’s cultural background supporting parents while they attend English classes on TAFE campus.
Your Impact:
As the ELC Coordinator you will guide the team on a daily basis and work alongside them to create a warm and inclusive educational environment that is sensitive to the unique circumstances of the children we care for.
Some of your activities will include:

Overseeing the day to day operations of the program

Collaborating closely with the Manager, Early Learning Centres to continue to drive a high quality service

Mentor and guide the team to promote children's wellbeing and overall growth

Maintain and oversee the program planning, delivery and documentation.

Developing strong relationships with families and caregivers
About You

You are passionate about working with children and want to help them grow and develop

Enjoy being part of a committed team

Have a Diploma or Early Childhood Teaching qualification (Preferable)

Have valid compliance certificates (e.g. WWCC etc.)
