About the Role
We are seeking a hands-on and experienced ICT Manager to take ownership of all ICT-related activities and functions across Gowrie NSW. Reporting directly to the CFO, this pivotal role ensures our ICT systems and services are reliable, secure, and aligned with strategic objectives and budgets.
You will manage vendor relationships, oversee service delivery, strengthen cyber security measures, and support staff across multiple sites. This is both a strategic and operational role where you will lead ICT planning while staying close to the detail of day-to-day ICT service delivery.
Key Responsibilities

Support ICT onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring staff are provided with the necessary ICT tools, system access, and training in ICT and cyber security.

You are a proactive and adaptable ICT professional with a strong balance of strategic thinking and hands-on capability. You bring deep technical knowledge, excellent vendor management skills, and a passion for driving continuous improvement.
Key Requirements

Strong knowledge of hardware, software, cloud services, networking, cybersecurity practices, and ICT infrastructure.
