Join us if you have  

  • Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or equivalent ACECQA-approved qualification)  

  • Current Working With Children Check (WWCC)  

  • Completion of approved Child Protection course  

  • Current approved first aid, CPR, anaphylaxis and asthma management certificates   

  • Coach and mentor educators and teachers in-line with the centre’s vision for pedagogical excellence 

  • Strong understanding and working knowledge of the National Quality Standards, legislation, Early Years Learning Framework and contemporary pedagogies that influence practice   

  • Open to learning, well organised and clear communicator with effective verbal and written skills  and are driven by values of care, purpose, inclusivity, integrity, and authenticity.
